Rent a Valheim server
Rent your own Valheim server at 4Netplayers.com

Important:To upload your map you have to use a FTP program such as Filezilla!

  1. Before you can upload your map, you have to stop your server. Status of the server must be Server not running!
  2. Connect to the Saves FTP ( saves.4netplayers.com ) with your FTP program.
  3. Your savegame must be uploaded to the following directory:
    ConfigID/.config/unity3d/IronGate/Valheim/worlds
Note: The ConfigID or ConfigurationID for your server can be found on our page under Game Server.
If your ConfigID were, for example, 123456, the path would look like this:/123456/.config/unity3d/IronGate/Valheim/worlds.
If you can't see the worlds folder, you are connected to the wrong FTP!
  4. After you have uploaded your savegame, you need to enter its name under Server Settings under Worldname. The name is case-sensitive! World and world are two different saves for the server.

Note: You can find the FTP login data in the web interface at 4Netplayers.com.
Click on your game server, then click on FTP at the top.
Then click on the tab Saves, then scroll down a little and there are the login data.
