We explain how you can create an entry in Minecraft for your server.
For this you need the IP address ( e.g. 62.104.17.227 ) of your server and possibly the port ( e.g. 25565 ).

  1. Start your server if you haven't already done so.
Click on the blue play button in the server overview.
Wait until the status of your server is Server running.
  2. Start your Minecraft
  3. Click on Multiplayer
  4. Click on Add Server at the bottom.
  5. In the Server name field, you can enter a name for the entry.
This name does not have to be the same as your servers!
  6. Under Server address you enter the IP address of your server, e.g. 62.104.17.227.
Note: If the port of your server is 25565, it is sufficient to just enter the IP address.
However, if you have changed the port, the entry would look like this: 62.104.17.227:25565.
  7. Click on Done at the bottom.
  8. Double-click on the entry you just created to join your server.
