Rent a Farming Simulator 22 server
Rent your own Farming Simulator 22 server now at 4Netplayers.com

The game can list your server in one of 6 matchmaking regions.
In the web interface of the server you can see in which region it is located.
How to log in to the web interface is described HERE.
After you have logged into the web interface, scroll down to Matchmaking Server.
Note or memorise the region set there. You can then find your server in this region in-game.

Of course, you can also set a new region if you want to.

Scroll down a bit to do this. To do this, scroll down a little and click on Stop.
Then you can select a new region under Matchmaking Server.
Available are: 

     Germany
     Continental Europe
     International
     Germany 2
     Continental Europe 2
     International 2

Once you have chosen a region, click on Save followed by Start.
