Contents
1. get player ID
Steam
For Steam you need your SteamID64.
You can find your ID in Steam in the details for your account ( Steam -> Settings -> Account -> view account details ).
Or on sites such as https://steamid.io .
XBox and Microsoft Store
Start your server and connect to it.
Once you are connected, stop your server.
Now download the latest log file of the server.
You can find the logs on the Logfiles FTP.
Find the time of your connection in the log, it will look something like this:

You need the following ID: Xbox_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2. Enter player ID
Enter the player ID under Server Settings -> Admin Settings.
Click on Save and restart your server.
Activate Console
In Steam, right-click on Valheim and click on Properties.
Under General enter the following in the field Start Options:-console
Now close the window.
For the Microsoft Store version you have to create a shortcut for valheim.exe
Then right-click on the shortcut -> Properties.
Under Target add the following at the end: -console .
Make sure there is a space between valheim.exe and -console
Click on Apply and close the window. From now on, start your game using the shortcut.
The console can be brought up in-game with the F5 key.
