Note: We recommend using an FTP program such as Filezilla.
You need the seed of your savegame, without it you can't continue your savegame!
You also need to use the "Advanced Mode"

To upload your savegame, please proceed as follows:

1. Stop your server. The status of the server must be "Server not running"!
2. Connect with your FTP program to the Saves FTP.
   Further down in the article we explain how you can get the necessary login data.
3. Upload your savegame to the following directory:

   /ConfigID/galaxies/avorion_galaxy

   Note: The ConfigID or ConfigurationID for your server can be found on our page under Game Server.
   If your ConfigID was e.g. 123456 it would look like this:/123456/Folder1/Folder2
   .
4. Click on server.ini to open it for editing.
5. Enter the seed of your savegame under Seed=.
6. Click on Save and start your server.
   
   

Note: You can find the FTP login data in the web interface on 4Netplayers.com.
Click on your game server, then FTP at the top.
If you want to connect to the Saves FTP, click on Saves and then scroll down.
You must click on the tab of the respective FTP you want to connect to, otherwise you will connect to the wrong FTP!
