By default, your Farming Simulator server will start with the map Felsbrunn. However, you can also select one of the other available maps.
To do so proceed as follows:

1. Log into the webinterface of your server.
   How to do this is described HERE.
2. Scroll down and click on Stop
3. Now select an empty savegame under Savegame Slot.
   
4. Now select the desired map under Map (Empty Savegame).
   Note: Mod maps must first be uploaded.
   How to do this is described HERE.
5. If desired, you can set the career mode under Career mode (Empty Savegame).
   Important: You cannot change the mode afterwards!
   If the savegame was started, the mode and map are baked into the savegame!
6. Then click on Save.
7. and finally click on Start
