In basic mode
Call up game configuration under "Basic Config" and Game Settings.
Set the wanted difficulty under Difficulty and click save.
In advanced mode
Call up game configuration and there under "Configuration files" and server.properties.
Here, change the difficulty= variable to the desired value and save.
Values for the variable difficulty for the Bedrock Edition:
0 (peaceful) 1 (easy) 2 (normal) 3 (hard)
