In this article we describe how you can change the map for your Unturned server.
Which maps are available is mentioned further down in the article.

Set Map

Basic Mode

In Basic Mode you enter the name of the desired map under Server Settings.
Enter the name of the map in the field labeled Map.
Important: Note that the name is case sensitive!
PEI and Pei are 2 different maps for the server!

Advanced Mode

In Advanced Mode the map must be set in the Commands.dat.
Find the line Map and enter the name of the map, e.g. Map PEI.
Important: Note that the name is case sensitive!

Available maps

This is a list of maps that are currently available.
This list may change at any time if the developer removes or adds maps!

Normal maps

  • PEI The default map for Unturned.
  • Germany
  • Russia
  • Washington
  • Yukon

Arena Maps

These maps are designed for PvP ( Player vs Player ).
Each player starts in their own building and the round does not begin until enough players have joined the server.
There are no zombies on these maps.

  • PEI Arena
  • Alpha Valley
  • Monolith
  • Washington Arena

Gold Maps

These maps must first be subscribed to via the workshop.
Also, you can only play on these maps if you have the Gold Upgrade.

  • Florida
  • Kuwait

Other maps

These maps are generally test maps and are not intended for server use.
It is therefore recommended not to use these maps.

  • Tutorial Test map for the various gameplay elements.
  • Destruction Test map to demonstrate the destructibility of various objects.

Workshop Maps

For workshop maps, the name of the folder containing the map must be entered.
For example, for the map Elver, this would be Elver.
