How can I change my tariff

You can change your tariff at any time on our site under Customize Tariff.
However, there are a few conditions:
- The account balance must not show a minus. This means that all bills must be paid.
- The new tariff may not lie in the final sum of the price calculated on the term below the current price.
- At least 24 hours must have passed since the invoice was received.
- The next invoice must not be created in the next 24 hours.
Small example calculation:
You have a Minecraft subscription with a minimum term of 12 months a 4 slots and a monthly price of 1,75€.
Since the total amount is 21€.
Would you now try to change to a subscription with a minimum term of 6 months a 6 slots, the change fails.
Because the total amount is 16,98€, which is less than 21€.
What else to consider.
- With a successful change, the minimum term begins again.
- Credits, if any, are automatically posted to the next bill.
- Post-bookings, if any, are automatically posted to the next invoice.
