You can download your savegame via FTP. Please stop your server and wait for the status "server not running". Then connect with a FTP client like FileZilla to saves.4netplayers.de (Same login data as for upload.4netplayers.de)

The FTP login data can be found in the web interface on 4Netplayers.com. Click on your gamserver and then on FTP in the upper left corner. Then click on the tab Save-Files and scroll down a bit.
