In this article we describe how to download your savegame.
Tip: We recommend using an FTP program like Filezilla.

Proceed as follows:

  1. Stop your server. The status must be Server not running!
  2. Connect with your FTP program to the Saves FTP.
    You can find the login data in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP.
  3. You can find your savegame here:
    /ConfigID/saves/SKS/TheForestDedicatedServer/ds/Multiplayer/Slot1
    Note: You can find the ConfigID or ConfigurationID for your server on our page under Game Server.
    If your configID was 123456, for example, it would look like this:/123456/saves/SKS/TheForestDedicatedServer/ds/Multiplayer/Slot1
  4. Download the folder Slot1.
