Tipp: We recommend using an FTP programme such as Filezilla.

Follow these steps:

  1. Stop your server. The status of the server must be Server not running
  2. Connect to the Saves FTP with your FTP programme.
    You can find the login data in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP.
  3. Your packed savegame is located in the following directory:
    <ConfigID>

    Note: You can find the <ConfigID> or configuration ID for your server on our page under Gameserver.
    If your ConfigID was 123456, for example, it would look like this:/123456/
    The file is named according to the following pattern:<ConfigID>_save.zip.
