In this article we describe how you can easily download your savegame.
Tip: We recommend using an FTP program like Filezilla.
Please proceed as follows:
- Stop your server. The status of your server must be
Server not running! - Connect with your FTP program to the Saves FTP.
You can find the login data in the FTP overview by clicking on FTP. - You will find your savegame in the following folder:
/ConfigID/galaxies/
Note: The ConfigID or ConfigurationID for your server can be found on our page under Game Server.
If your ConfigID was e.g. 123456, the path would look like this:/123456/galaxies/. - Download the folder. This way you download the whole save.
