Add server to favorites

1. Start Steam
2. Call the menu item "Server".
3. then click on "Favorites".
4. Now the IP address (with the queryport if one is specified!!) of the game server can be added in the tab "FAVORITES" with a right click (Add server using IP address).


5. Don't forget to click on "Refresh" after adding, otherwise you will not be able to join the server.

Find server via ingame search

1. Start ARK.
2. Click "Join ARK".
3. Set the SERVER FILTER to "Unofficial".
4. Now search for your server

DirectConnect when starting the game

1. Start Steam.
2. In the library at the game ARK: Survival Evolved right click -> Manage.
3. Click on properties.
4. Click on "Set launch options..." in the GENERAL tab.
5. In the field ShooterGame.exe +connect YOUR IP:Gameport +password "YOUR PASSWORD". (Replace YOUR IP:Gameport and YOUR PASSWORD with your values).
6. Click OK.

Now ARK will ALWAYS start to the specified server.

Directconnect via shortcut

1. Right click on the desktop and create a new shortcut.
2. In the shortcut enter the following:steam://connect/YOUR IP:Queryport.
