Das Plugin wird in folgendes Verzeichnis hochgeladen, welches Du auf dem Upload FTP findest: 

/ConfigID/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/plugins.

Then enter the corresponding plugin in the plugins.ini.
In Advanced Mode you can find them in the white column on the left. For this you have to click once on Add-Ons.
In Basic Mode, you must create your own plugins.ini.
Diese lädt man dann in folgednes Verzeichnis auf dem Upload FTP hoch: 

/ConfigID/cstrike/addons/amxmodx/config
