If you have your server set to private, you will need to manually add it in-game.
We explain how you can do just that here.
Info: We describe here how you can set your server to private.

Proceed as follows:

1. Start your game
2. Click on Play followed by Multiplayer.
3. Click on Custom at the top.
4. Click on Add Server.
5. Now enter the IP along with the port here.
   The entry should look like this: IP:Port
6. Now click on Save.

You can then join your server in the future using the entry you created.
