Rent a Battlefield 4 server
Rent your own Battlefield 4 server now at 4Netplayers.com

After starting Procon, you create a new connection. This is done via the button Create Connection

In the field Hostname/IP you write the IP of the server.
In the field Port write the ProconPort. This can be seen in the web interface of your server at Procon.
In the field Username write admin.
In the field Password you write your RCON/Admin-Password.

Then just click on Connect.
