You can cancel your subscription in your customer center.
To do this, log in to 4Netplayers.com.
Click on Account on the left. Then click on My Account -> Subscriptions.
Now click on Show Details for the subscription you want to cancel.
Click on Cancel, select a reason for cancellation, and confirm the cancellation by clicking on Confirm Cancellation.
You can also cancel your subscription via Email to support@4netplayers.com.
Please provide your Customer ID ( CID ) which you can get here: https://secure.4players.de
Please also tell us what you want to cancel in case you have more than one subscription.
