Banner not updating on my Teamspeak server

If you have set a new valid banner on your server, it will be available immediately after you have saved. The banner is usually not displayed on your client, because the TS3 client still has the old banner in its cache.

Please click in the Teamspeak client on: Tools --> Options --> Security
Then in the middle at "Cleanup" check the box Clear cache on exit.
Now restart the client and connect to the server again. The new banner should now be displayed.
